Our educational programmes convey knowledge and self-exploration — grounded, practical, in small groups.
Fascia & bodywork education project
A seminar (approx. three hours) about fascial tissue and mindful bodywork — knowledge and self-exploration for your own body:
- Understand the foundations: what fasciae are and how they respond to movement, posture and tension
- Practical exercises for home — supporting mobility, releasing tension, finding balance
- Develop body awareness: learning to better understand your body's signals
Bring along: loose sportswear, water — and good spirits. Participation is reserved for members of the association and serves its statutory research and educational purposes. Dates are announced via the newsletter and in the members' portal.
The path to research project leadership
- Module 1 (4 months, starting June 2026) — foundations & personal practice
- Module 2 (8 months, starting October 2026) — deepening & mentoring
- Completion — internal association confirmation as research project leader (from mid-2026 as an internal association certificate)

Important notice on all educational programmes: These programmes are voluntary events of the association. They are not state-recognised vocational training, not a course of study within the meaning of school law, and not training for regulated healing, medical or health professions. Certificates issued are internal association certificates without external effect. Contents serve self-exploration and knowledge transfer — not instruction in treating third parties.
